The restaurant here was good for dinner and breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. Really enjoyed modern design. The location was nice and absolutely perfect: the Christmas market and a market were within walking distance. Found H Bar with perfect drinks 400 metres away...

Very good staff and nice facilities, not your typical european hotel actually has nice size rooms
a little far from city centre but Trams run every 10 minutes.

All our expectations were met and more. Friendly staff, excellent service, the rooms and public spaces impressive. Food in the Le Jardin restaurant was first class and good value. Breakfast was superb.
The parking was convienient but rather expensive (19 euros per 24 hours)

My room was large, comfortable, and had lots of natural light. The breakfast, included in the price of my booking, was an excellent buffet breakfast with a nice range of food provided, and the staff were very attentive.

The beautiful king room was well-furnished and provided excellent comfort during the five-night stay. While the breakfast experience left much to be desired, with poor service and limited food options, the convenient location near the event center was a definite advantage. The overall service was polished, with friendly staff and a quick dining experience in the restaurant, highlighting the hotel's potential despite the dining shortcomings.

The Hotel staff meet our every expectation! Being upgraded to the Executive floor was an unexpected bonus that made the stay all the more comfortable. Taking the tram to old Strasbourg was easy and the concierge provided great information.

The hotel locates a bit far from the city center, but easily access by tram. The room was comfortable and the facility was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I stayed for two nights, and everything was good.

Staff are very helpful, well trained/managed
Quite dated hotel, rooms not up to todays standards, the internet access is expensive and should be free

I recently stayed for three nights, and I loved the comfortable beds, the spacious room layout, and the washroom's generous size with quality toiletries. The amenities like the water cooler on each floor exceeded my expectations.
